1. Enjoy the Company of Others

Embrace the moment.

Cultivating and growing meaningful relationships is the starting foundation of our happiness. The people in your life who have been there through everything, know how to uplift your happiness, maybe even more so than you do.

Spend as much time as you can with the people in your life that are precious to you. Creating priceless and timeless memories with your loved ones is irreplaceable.

2. The Power of a Smile

Smiling is a universal language understood by all around the world. Smiling connects everyone because we all understand its meaning.

Smiling is contagious. Use this to your advantage. Never underestimate the power of smiles! 

Seeing someone smile genuinely would make someone’s day. Smiling brings on a good mood by releasing dopamine which makes us feel more positive.


3. The Power of Giving

Spreading positivity is the most valuable way to give to others. Even the smallest act of kindness would help and make someone smile, which then would lead to your happiness. Helping others doesn’t necessarily mean you should give them something financially. You could…

4. Fuel Your Passion

By indulging in the activities that we are passionate about, you will be able to harness your happiness whenever you desire it. If you are constantly doing things you are passionate about, you will be able to pass on the happiness to others by showing off your happiness in what you do.

Remember that happiness always comes with self love. You have to love what you’re doing and that alone will inspire others to do the same.

5. Attract the Positivity You Desire

Your mind is a magnet and what you attract is what comes to you.

What if you made an agreement with yourself to remember your purpose? Harness the power of now and attract positivity by thinking about your goals daily.

Always look at the brighter side of life. There are imperfections, but always see the silver lining in everything. Daily affirmations of self-worth and positivity will unleash happiness in yourself.

Summary:

Celebrate even the smallest victories that your life offers and remember to always be thankful to the one up there. It is because of Him that we get to live the happiest lives.
