It’s okay to feel bad at times. We are humans and it makes sense that we have ups and downs in our life. Sometimes we have the motivation to the sky, and other times we feel defeated.
Go and do something for yourself, to release the stress.
For some people, working isn’t going to help, and all you need is to take a short break, take a deep breath and think where do you want to be at the moment – now go there.
Don’t pressure yourself into work if you know nothing good is going to come out of this. It is better to spend a day relaxing and then come back in a better mood the next day.
